    Motherhood is a time of profound psychological, emotional, and embodied change.

    My work centers on supporting mothers through this transformation—not just to cope, but to grow, reconnect with themselves, and feel more resourced in their lives and relationships.

    Through therapeutic groups, community-based experiences, and educational programs, I create spaces that integrate psychoanalytic insight, neuroscience, somatic and nervous system practices, and contemplative work. These offerings are designed to be both deeply transformative and grounded in real life—accessible, relational, and rooted in the understanding that healing happens in connection, not isolation.

    As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in maternal mental health, I bring over a decade of clinical experience and more than 15 years in the wellness space to developing innovative, emotionally honest, and supportive experiences for mothers navigating the complexities of modern motherhood.

      Hi! I’m Elizabeth, licensed psychotherapist and expert in perinatal and maternal mental health.

      I’m a psychotherapist trained in modern psychoanalysis, with advanced experience in DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, somatic practices, and group psychotherapy, and certification in perinatal mental health and LifeForce Yoga® for Mood Management. My work now centers on creating therapeutic groups, programs, and community-based experiences for mothers.
