WHO IT’S FOR: If you're engaged and/or planning your wedding, and are feeling the emotional intensity of it all, the challenge will be the perfect dose of self-care you need to hit the reset button on your stress level!

​WHAT IT IS: Every day for 5 days, you'll get an email from me in the morning with your daily prompt. Each daily prompt includes one self-care strategy related to your engagement/wedding planning journey! Your challenge will be to complete the skill of the day!

​And...the most fun part is that you'll have community to support you! You'll get access to a private Facebook group just for Challenge participants, where I'll hop on each morning to talk about the skill of the day! You're encouraged to share your experiences of the Challenge, root each other on, lament wedding planning woes, and create a supportive community environment for this tough and often isolating life experience.
