Motherhood is a time of profound psychological, emotional, and embodied change.

My work centers on supporting mothers through this transformation—not just to cope, but to grow, reconnect with themselves, and feel more resourced in their lives and relationships.

Through therapeutic groups, community-based experiences, and educational programs, I create spaces that integrate psychoanalytic insight, neuroscience, somatic and nervous system practices, and contemplative work. These offerings are designed to be both deeply transformative and grounded in real life—accessible, relational, and rooted in the understanding that healing happens in connection, not isolation.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in maternal mental health, I bring over a decade of clinical experience and more than 15 years in the wellness space to developing innovative, emotionally honest, and supportive experiences for mothers navigating the complexities of modern motherhood.
